1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pg444" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service operated at pg444.cam, including all sub-pages, game categories, wallet functions, and support services.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on pg444.cam following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who has registered an Account and uses the pg444 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and pg444. By accessing pg444.cam or registering an Account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time. These Terms apply alongside and supplement any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions published on the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain a pg444 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and regulations administered by PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
• You are accessing pg444 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) pg444 Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. pg444 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg444 login credentials. You agree to notify pg444 immediately via the official live chat or by writing to [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. pg444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify pg444 promptly.

pg444 will never request your password through any channel — including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on pg444 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). pg444 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Payment page. Accepted payment methods and limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered solely in the name of the pg444 account holder. pg444 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification to pg444's satisfaction. pg444 reserves the right to request one or more of the following documents before processing any withdrawal: a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of registered mobile number, or proof of the deposit payment method. Withdrawal timelines vary by method — GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take up to several business hours.

pg444 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed applicable thresholds or that are flagged by the Platform's risk management systems. This may extend withdrawal processing times. Balances suspected of originating from fraudulent activity may be held pending investigation or remitted to appropriate authorities.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conditions

All bets and wagers placed on pg444 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category — live sabong, casino, sports betting, slots, bingo, and color prediction each carry their own published rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.

pg444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed on events already concluded, or bets placed following a system error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the records maintained by pg444's systems shall be the primary reference. pg444 shall endeavor to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Players who wish to raise a dispute must do so via the official live chat or by writing to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the relevant event.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pg444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer and must be read carefully before opting in.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pg444 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable as cash.
• Bonus funds may carry game-type restrictions — for example, some bonuses may not be usable on live sabong or specific slot titles.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per Player Account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pg444. Any Player found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or terminated, all winnings voided, and balances frozen pending investigation:

• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party on your behalf.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent time, including false age declarations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any pg444 game.

• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing pg444 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on pg444.cam — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, video feeds, data compilations, and audio — is the property of pg444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works of any pg444 content without the prior written consent of pg444.

The pg444 name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the intellectual property of pg444. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any pg444 trademark, trade name, or logo without express written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or network outages affecting access to pg444 or any game.
• Delayed or incorrect settlement of bets due to data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Changes to applicable law or regulation that affect the availability of pg444 services in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pg444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.

• The Player has provided false information at any point.
• The Account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• pg444 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting pg444 support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pg444 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude the rights of Players under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming legislation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the pg444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
